Job Description
- Req#: R-748284
- Support the item to web process by managing facets of content management and publishing tools including validating images, descriptions, and attributes in order to provide the best customer experience
- Verify all items to ensure web site is merchandised to maximize the customer experience including items flowing to relevant online categories and filters
- Collaborate with Buying Office, Online Merchandising, NMG Merch Ops, and Nordstrom.com/NordstromRack.Com Online Operations business partners to ensure timely and accurate online product presentation on the product page
- Execute established business practices and partner on the execution of assigned projects as needed collaborating with peers and leaders ensuring project outcomes align with JWN priorities and initiatives
- Review operating practices and procedures, determine whether improvements can be made and work to implement changes as appropriate
- Continuously re-balance and shift priorities to meet production deadlines
- Deliver exemplary customer service through strong ownership and professionalism
- Demonstrate a commitment to teamwork through relationship-building, reliability and collaboration
- Deliver productivity through the efficient use of time and commitment to strong results
- 2+ years experience in a high-output, fast-paced e-commerce digital department
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects to ensure all deadlines are met
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and ability to learn necessary software applications
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication as well as strong interpersonal skills and relationship management skills
- Both Weekday and Weekend availability preferred (flex team is primarily scheduled on weekend availability but can also be scheduled during the week)

Pay Range Details
