What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform independent analysis of loan applications to determine flood insurance requirements and validate proof of coverage
- Ensure timely processing of flood insurance cancellations, renewals, and escrowed invoices while meeting compliance regulations
- Monitor incoming FEMA map changes and act on documentation according to established procedures
- Maintain accurate loan tracking information and overall compliance with FDPA regulations
- Assist in developing and recommending procedural changes for increased efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 0-2 years of specialization experience
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work as part of a team and build collaborative relationships
