- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or Computer Science related field
- 4+ years of system/ECU development or lifecycle program management in releasing automotive Electronic Control to Manufacturing production.
- 1+ years of JIRA experience to utilize, track and develop data and reports.
- 2+ years program management and product coordination.
- 1+ years’ experience either software development, software validation or software review
- 1+ years of experience with requirement repository, such as Jama, Teamcenter VSM, JIRA, and GitHub experience desired.
- Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or Computer Science or related FIeld

- Manage and track the development and delivery of ECU HW, SW, and system activities.
- Drive ECU internal planning activities with ECU owners such as requirements, Platform interfaces, features interfaces, VSP, and system tasks.
- Drive and roll-out the new or update requirements, in addition, track workplan of SW development and delivery of new changes.
- Communicate & co-drive new architecture changes to cross-functional team.
- Lead series of meetings to coordinate progress and facilitate incremental or changes.
- Collaborate & Coordinate with ECU owners and cross-functional team tasks related to sourcing, ECU development, SW delivery, ECU validation, and ECU production build
- Facilitate and coordinate Technical Design review and tech Q&A with suppliers and ECU owners.
- Assist team with JIRA repository and or training.
- Support teams meeting to facilitate and import ECUs data in JIRA.
- Utilize JiRA to generate development analytical reports and progress health chart (scorecards/metric) to be presented to cross-functional team.
- Lead cross functional team meetings to discuss Arch/ECU development topics.
- Coordinate closely with the broader subsystem SW, HW, ME progress to align with vehicle Program incremental (PI) or milestones through product lifecycle.
- Communicate with system, cloud/backend, and front-end teams on system requirements.
- Communicate specification(s) to the designated ECUs teams.
- Present new changes or data to cross functional team.
- Generate JIRA data reports and present them to cross-functional teams.
- Assist team with technical question and dialog with the right team.

This position is available in Architecture integration technical program management team. E/E Fully Networked Vehicle (FNVx) is platform-based architecture with flexibility and scalability enhancement to address today’s business goals to deliver new smarter user experiences more quickly and with a lower overall cost. E/E Architecture contains several variants to continuously enhance new technologies, cost effective solution and drive changes. Architecture changes shall be communicated to the cross-functional team on a need basis. Arch, system, subsystem changes shall be tracked in a control change management system known as JIRA as well to generate analytical data, health charts, scorecards/metrics to exhibit ECUs progress.
The selected candidate will collaborate with team people leader in the Architecture team responsible for communicating, collaborating, and tracking the progress of various ECUs progress, functions interfaces and overall delivery timing of. ECUs (HW, SW, System via JIRA tracking tool) by coordinating, facilitating, and communicating with cross-functional teams. This candidate will support project lead and project management to achieve team’s goals and objectives. Architecture team is responsible for interfacing with many commodities owners, system owners, platform owners and feature owners to drive architecture implementation as well as to rollout incremental or new changes in alignment with the overall E/E Arch changes. The overall system encompasses in-vehicle systems/subsystem, Cloud-Backend and vehicle Front-end.
