      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct assessments to measure conformity to regulatory and brand standards for clients
      - Observe food preparation and cooking standards to ensure food safety and sanitation practices
      - Collaborate with clients to identify and address assessment discrepancies, developing corrective action plans
      - Teach and coach clients on creating safer and healthier work environments
      - Travel 50%-70% of the time, including evenings and weekends as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must meet the requirements to obtain a CP-FS certification
      - Ability to pass a pre-employment background screen
      - Valid driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle record search
      - Strong knowledge of food safety preferred
      - Excellent listening, organization, communication, and time management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - ServSafe and/or CP-FS Certification(s) a plus
      - Previous experience in food safety or related fields
      - Strong technical knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
