What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct assessments to measure conformity to established regulatory, industry, and proprietary brand standards for clients
- Ensure food safety, health, and sanitation practices in food prep and cooking standards
- Partner with clients to address assessment discrepancies and develop corrective action plans
- Teach and coach clients on creating a safer and healthier workplace environment
- Travel up to 50%, or 8 overnights per month, including some evening and weekend work
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Meet the requirements to obtain CP-FS certification within 1 year of hire
- Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays and evenings as needed
- Desire to travel up to 50% of the time
- Ability to lift 32 lbs chest high, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching
- Strong technical knowledge of food safety is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- ServSafe and/or CP-FS Certification(s) a plus
- Previous experience as a Quality Assurance Food Auditor or similar role in the food industry
