What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct assessments to measure conformity to established regulatory, industry, and proprietary brand standards for clients
- Ensure food safety, health, and sanitation practices in food prep and cooking standards
- Partner with clients to develop corrective action plans for assessment discrepancies
- Teach and coach clients on creating a safer and healthier workplace environment
- Travel up to 50%, including some evening and weekend work

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Meet requirements to obtain CP-FS certification within 1 year of hire
- Available to work Monday-Friday, Saturdays, and evenings as needed
- Ability to lift 32 lbs chest high and perform physical tasks such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching
- Ability to influence others tactfully and provide constructive feedback
- Strong technical knowledge of food safety is preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- ServSafe and/or CP-FS Certification(s) a plus
- Previous experience in food safety or related field
- Desire to make a positive impact on client satisfaction and brand standards
