What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and process judicial and non-judicial foreclosure proceedings
- Prepare documents and deeds for execution, and create judgment figures for judicial foreclosures
- Handle all after-sale tasks, including monitoring eviction and property preservation processes
- Follow up on insurance, regulatory agencies, and investor claims, documenting all steps and deadlines
- Review and approve invoices; request checks for payment related to foreclosure fees and costs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage foreclosures, with at least 1 year of experience in FHA foreclosures
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Prior experience using document retention software; Blitzdoc preferred

- Experience in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities effectively
