      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary contact for public records disclosure requests
      - Oversee compliance with public records disclosure requirements and recommend process improvements
      - Manage responses to all public records requests and legal discovery inquiries
      - Conduct reviews of records for disclosure, redaction, and compliance
      - Develop training and guidelines for agency employees regarding public records management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent with work-related experience in public records or records management
      - Minimum of two years of experience in public records processing or legal discovery
      - Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and related applications
      - In-depth knowledge of the Public Records Act and legal discovery processes
      - Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with MS eDiscovery, Discovery Accelerator, or similar tools
      - Advanced education or professional training in public administration, records management, or related fields
      - Certified Public Records Officer certification through a recognized association
