What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the design and implementation of new features in the core SaaS product
- Work across the entire tech stack, optimizing database queries, API endpoints, and UI/UX
- Architect production-ready integrations and workflows, conducting technical workshops with stakeholders
- Write high-quality, type-safe code in TypeScript, utilizing modern React and Next.js patterns
- Mentor teammates and establish engineering best practices to enhance team output
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in full-stack or frontend development, particularly with SaaS products
- Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, Java, C++, or similar programming languages
- Hands-on experience with Next.js App Router and type-safe API frameworks like tRPC
- Ability to design scalable systems and a solid understanding of frontend performance and accessibility
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently while maintaining accountability for deliverables
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience implementing complex, data-heavy views using Tailwind and component libraries
- Background in UI/UX design or experience working closely with designers
- Willingness to travel up to 20% for customer site visits
