      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Evaluate case information and facilitate meetings to support child welfare outcomes
      - Write and issue legal reports based on case reviews
      - Collect and analyze data to inform decision-making processes
      - Collaborate with a wide range of child welfare system partners
      - Perform work-related travel to facilitate board meetings and community outreach activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, counseling, human development, mental health care, education, criminal justice, or a closely related field
      - Minimum of two years performing case management or case review functions, or a higher degree in a related field
      - Valid driver's license or ability to provide independent transportation for work-related travel
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to demonstrate critical thinking, compassion, and commitment

      - Experience working within Nebraska's Child Welfare System
