      Description

      Foster Parent Recruiter - Contractual and Part-Time, Remote Position

      Postition requires one (1) year of knowledge in the child welfare system

      Starting Salary Range: $16.00 to $19.00 per hour

      As a Foster Parent Recruiter, you play a crucial role in finding loving and supportive homes for children in need of foster care in Michigan. You will be responsible for recruiting, engaging, and supporting prospective foster and adoptive parents by researching, planning, and coordinating recruitment events and activities. Your outgoing personality, friendly demeanor, comfortability in speaking to small and large groups and a deep understanding of the child welfare system and foster care processes in Michigan will be essential in successfully fulfilling this role.

      Both contractual and part-time recruiter positions are available in Saginaw, Genessee, Shiawassee, Midland, and Gladwin counties. Hours are dependent on employee availability. Travel is required.
