      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with the startup's growth objectives
      - Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for business operations roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
      - Collaborate with founders and leadership to understand hiring needs and create accurate job descriptions
      - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels
      - Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and key metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience as a recruiter
      - Experience as a founding recruiter
      - Experience hiring for head of roles
      - Strong understanding of startup environments and culture
      - Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proven track record of successful placements in business operations roles
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
      - Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
