What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage daily and weekly activities for assigned sales accounts
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term account planning
- Provide technical service and productivity improvement assistance to meet product performance expectations
- Serve as the primary point of communication for assigned customer accounts
- Prepare timely reports including sales updates, customer usage reports, and expense reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Science in chemistry, materials science, or engineering, or 2-3 years of equivalent work experience
- 2-3 years of related professional experience in an industrial environment
- Experience in technical sales and service, customer negotiation, and sales plan implementation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external customers
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
