      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles to enhance forecast accuracy
      - Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate monthly reporting submissions and variance analysis
      - Review revenue forecasts and assist in monitoring project balances and profitability
      - Manage headcount planning and resource allocation across departments
      - Prepare financial support for audits and ensure compliance with financial policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
      - 5–9 years of combined accounting and/or finance experience
      - Strong month-end close experience including journal entries and reconciliations
      - Proficiency in Excel and financial systems; experience with ERP or BI tools preferred
      - Ability to handle confidential information with high ethical standards

      - Experience supporting process improvements, reporting automation, or system enhancements
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
      - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
