What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range financial plans
- Create and maintain models to predict performance under various conditions and assess business decisions
- Analyze differences between actual results and budgets/forecasts, explaining key drivers and trends
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and operational changes
- Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- 2+ years of hands-on work experience with SQL
- 2+ years of experience with a data visualization tool, preferably DOMO
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a highly quantitative field

- Strong ability to synthesize financial and operational data into clear, executive-ready insights
- Self-motivated with experience working autonomously on financial projects
