      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets
      - Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement
      - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and assess business performance
      - Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for deviations from budget or forecasts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS startup
      - Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques
      - Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis
      - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CPA or CFA certifications
      - Experience with Netsuite, Tableau, Salesforce, and modern FP&A tools (Planful, Mosaic, etc.)
