      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with Finance and Business Unit leaders to build and refine forecasts and operating plans
      - Perform variance analysis to identify key business insights and articulate financial drivers
      - Leverage financial planning tools and BI tools to build scalable models and maintain reporting templates
      - Participate in month-end close processes by preparing reports and dashboards of key variances
      - Drive special projects involving strategic cost analysis, client profitability modeling, and pricing analysis

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced certifications (CPA, CFA) a plus
      - 2-5 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in an FP&A and accounting environment
      - Proficiency with financial planning tools and data visualization platforms
      - Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required; experience with SQL, Python, or R is advantageous
      - Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate numbers into business insights

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with financial planning tools such as NetSuite Planning & Budgeting, Anaplan, or Adaptive Insights
      - Familiarity with U.S. GAAP and working with general ledger data and reconciliations
      - Elevated level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in handling sensitive financial information
      - Curiosity for trends and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing landscape
      - Effective verbal and written communication skills to present complex topics clearly
