      Campari Group is currently looking for a FP&A Specialist based in our global Headquarters in Sesto San Giovanni (Milan).

      Reporting to the FP&A Senior Specialist, in the role you will support the business performance and profitable growth of Sales and Marketing operations through continuous partnership with various Campari business functions.

      The FP&A Specialist will have a focus on the Global Strategic Travel Retail business.

      Key Activities & Responsibilities

      The candidate will support the FP&A Senior Specialist in the following activities:

      • economic/financial analyses with a strong focus on brand and customer view: financial performance, variance analyses, brands and customer profitability, organic growth driven by innovation
      • development of strategic business plan, yearly budget and monthly forecast, according to Group guidelines
      • economic and operational analyses based on internal and external market data to support decision-making processes
      • contribute to various key projects as FP&A representative
      • monitor deferred discounts and structure costs on a monthly basis and provide accurate forecast
      • work closely with the external BPO, managing accounting activities within the Purchase to Pay (PtP) and Order to Cash process

      Key Relationships

      Internal: Finance team, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, group Financial Planning & Analysis, Global Business Support

      External: External auditors, BPO provider

      Education and Experience

      • Degree in Economics or Engineering with major in Economics/Management/Finance with a focus on quantitative tools
      • Specific focus/course on data analytics is required, being able to understand the most widespread data analysis techniques and to use them for a correct business analysis
      • Proficient with MS Office tools, advanced in Excel
      • Experience with SAP is highly appreciated
      • A previous experience (1-3 years maximum) within finance and controlling departments would be appreciated
      • Fluency in English is a must; fluency in Italian and third language is a plus
