What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide data gathering and technical assistance in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Conduct financial reporting and analysis on financial issues and customer requirements
- Employ cost-benefit analysis to review financial requests and assess program tradeoffs
- Coordinate financial activities across various stakeholders and manage finances across multiple funding types
- Increase efficiency through continuous process improvement to standardize reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and three (3) to six (6) years of related experience
- Expertise in financial software and applications, including ERP systems and budgeting tools
- Advanced Excel skills for data modeling and financial analysis
- Strong analytical thinking to identify patterns and trends in financial data
- Ability to interpret complex financial statements and reports

- Knowledge of business processes and workflows within the Finance & Accounting department
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve system issues
