- Serve as a key resource for 25–30 franchise locations, including regular on-site coaching visits
- Drive accountability and performance through scorecard-based coaching aligned with the College H.U.N.K.S. Way
- Participate in and support new franchisee training and ongoing training program development
- Collaborate with fellow coaches to share insights, develop tools, and connect franchise partners to internal subject matter experts
- Contribute to the evolution of brand best practices through documentation and feedback from the field
- Review and interpret key financial documents (P&Ls, cash flow statements) and provide strategic recommendations to drive profitability
- Maintain thorough documentation of franchisee interactions using FranConnect
- Support franchisees in building annual financial forecasts, incorporating historical trends, benchmarks, and brand goals
- Contribute to team initiatives including quarterly projects and operations manual development
- Deliver high-impact business coaching tailored to the unique needs of each location
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) OR
- 4+ years of relevant experience in business coaching, franchise operations, or business development OR
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with franchisees and team members
- Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose performance issues and propose practical solutions
- Project management skills to juggle multiple locations and timelines
- Negotiation skills to support operational, vendor, and hiring needs
- Familiarity with CRM tools and performance tracking systems
- Solid understanding of grassroots and digital marketing strategies
- This role requires regular travel, including driving up to 100+ miles and overnight visits approximately one week per month to support field coaching needs.

You’ll work closely with franchise partners both virtually and on-site to drive top-line revenue, improve bottom-line profitability, and maximize cash flow. By coaching daily performance metrics and aligning operations with brand standards, you’ll help ensure every location delivers both strong business results and the signature WOW experience our clients expect. Your work will center around consistent execution of the basics, leveraging best practices in operations, marketing, human resources, and financial management. In this role, you’ll identify and remove obstacles to profitability, whether individual or systemic, and take proactive steps to solve them. A deep understanding of our standard operating procedures, franchise agreements, and relevant regulations will be essential to your success. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in business coaching and expertise in customer relationship management, project execution, negotiation, and marketing strategy.
