- Stakeholder Collaboration: Identify and engage with all teams impacted by the FranConnect implementation to determine data requirements and timelines for uploading information.
- Data Prioritization: Assess and prioritize essential shop information to satisfy key stakeholders within Christian Brothers Automotive.
- Process Development: Design a repeatable process for onboarding new locations and transition locations, detailing the data to be stored and referenced throughout the development process and beyond.
- Best Practices Identification: Establish best practices for opening new locations and managing transitions, including data acquisition, storage solutions, and information sharing protocols.
- Document Management: Ensure the latest versions of all relevant documents are identified and uploaded to the appropriate locations within FranConnect.
- Discovery Day Process: Participate in the evaluation of potential franchise candidates and understand the selection criteria.
- Leadership Development: Learn vital leadership traits and key performance indicators (KPIs) that contribute to the success of our franchisees.
- Professional Development: Engage in a weekly book club and complete a capstone project related to franchise development and the automotive industry.

Job Overview:
We are preparing for our 2025 summer internship season!
Join our team as a Franchise Development Intern, where you'll play a pivotal role in customizing and implementing FranConnect, our new franchise management software, to meet the specific needs of Christian Brothers Automotive. This project-based internship focuses on consolidating and migrating data from existing platforms, such as Smartsheet (Data management tool) and local network drives, into FranConnect to establish a comprehensive and efficient database.
This internship offers a comprehensive experience in franchise development, data management, and leadership within a franchise-based organization boasting over 300 locations and nearly one billion dollars in revenue. Interns will leave with practical skills and insights applicable to a career in business and franchise operations.
