      - Work independently while maintaining a self-motivated approach to exceed sales targets
      - Utilize warm leads provided by the employer to drive sales conversions
      - Contribute to building the world’s largest education franchise system

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in franchise sales, B2B, or high-ticket sales
      - Confidence and proficiency in closing deals via phone, Zoom, or in-person
      - Self-motivated mindset with a strong drive to exceed targets
      - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
      - Genuine interest in helping others start their own business

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a sales role within the education sector
      - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
      - Familiarity with franchise business models
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
