      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review and analyze merchant applications to make confident decisions and recommendations
      - Provide guidance and respond to daily inquiries from peers and ISO partners
      - Prepare key points for presentation to management regarding customers posing heightened risk to the bank
      - Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails of merchant assessments and reports
      - Evaluate existing relationships and timely identification and escalation of unusual activity

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field preferred
      - Minimum 3-5 years of Merchant Services experience in Fraud and/or Risk operations
      - Minimum 1-2 years of Merchant Underwriting experience
      - Minimum 1-2 years of Merchant Acquiring experience
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated proficiency in independently underwriting concurrence applications within approval authority
      - Ability to take initiative and effect change through consensus building, negotiation, and conflict resolution
