      Fraud Review Analyst

We currently have an exciting opening for a Fraud Review Analyst.

      Role Summary:

      The Fraud Review Analyst's primary role is to manually review online transactions to determine their authenticity. They will interact with customers and customer service to provide a seamless and secure customer experience.

      Responsibilities:

      • Quickly analyze multiple data points to make quality decisions that impact our clients and their customers
      • Analyze and identify links between fraudulent transactions to identify and stop fraud rings
      • Interact with customer service and customers through various forms of communication and assist analysts with customer escalations
      • Focus on improving overall operational effectiveness by helping manage queue volumes
      • Collaborate with team to discuss new and emerging fraud trends


      Qualifications:

      • Exceptional communication skills and strong analytical skills
      • Self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and organization
      • Proven ability to meet or exceed goals in a metrics driven organization
      • Willingness and flexibility to work according to business needs including a weekend day
      • (Desired) Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Economics, Statistics, or Business-related field, HS diploma required
      • Experience working as part of a team


      Travel:

      • This position is not remote.
      • Travel is not required

      Hours: Tuesday to Saturday 11:00am - 8:00pm. Must be available for additional hours as needed.
