      MARKETING Communications Project Manager - HyBrid - Metro Atlanta GEORGIA

      The Marketing Project Manager is a freelance, contract position that will provide a broad range of communications and digital marketing support to Communiqué USA's clients. This position is a contract freelance position and work will be assigned on a project basis. This position is remote, but may require one in office day per week.

      Duties and Responsibilities

      1. Develop, execute, and manage client marketing and communication projects for CUSA and its clients.

      2. Work collaboratively with clients to create and manage integrated marketing strategies to ensure project success.

      3. Create marketing production plans and timelines for marketing and communications projects.

      4. Coordinate communications projects with vendors, agencies and contractors, for the development and production of marketing materials, website content and internal and external communications materials.

      5. Monitors project deliverables to ensure all projects are delivered on time, accurately within scope and budget.

      6. Provide writing and editing support for all internal and external communications audiences.

      Skills and Qualifications

      1. Ability to manage marketing projects and production process from implementation to completion.

      2. Minimum of 3 to 5 years' digital marketing experience.

      3. Minimum of 2 years' advertising agency experience preferred.

      4. Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and Adobe Suite

      5. Experience in working with project management systems (Asana,, Trello, etc.)

      6. Ability to get quickly up to speed on internal software programs

      7. Superior project management and detail-oriented skills.

      8. Strong multi-tasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects as needed

      9. Strong presentational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

      10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

      11. Ability to effectively work to tight deadlines and manage projects independently.

      12. Excellent interpersonal skills, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

      13. Ability to work in a team environment.

      14. Superior knowledge of creative production process and ability to evaluate creative materials.

      15. Strong follow-through on all assignments, providing end-to-end support to clients, internal SMEs, and stakeholders.

      16. Superior professionalism and judgement with a strong work ethic.

      17. A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is required.
