      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with the Human Resources Director and hiring managers to assess staffing needs and align recruitment strategies
      - Create and promote engaging job postings to attract suitable candidates
      - Review resumes and vet candidates, providing shortlists to hiring managers
      - Coordinate and facilitate phone screens and in-person interviews for a professional candidate experience
      - Manage the full recruitment cycle from outreach to onboarding

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field (preferred)
      - Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience for technical and non-technical roles, ideally in the entertainment or media sectors
      - Proficient in conducting structured interviews and using behavioral-based questioning techniques
      - High level of proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems
      - Strong understanding of relevant labor laws and recruitment regulations, particularly in California

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
      - Self-driven with the ability to take initiative
      - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Ability to manage competing priorities efficiently
      - Experience in building and executing effective recruiting strategies across multiple disciplines
