      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Utilize the Transportation Management System (TMS) to manage the order life cycle
      - Build and maintain relationships with carriers and ensure on-time delivery
      - Analyze data to prevent service failures and recommend improvements
      - Resolve financial discrepancies in TMS financials
      - Train new users on the TMS and maintain benchmark rates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED equivalent
      - 1-2 years of related experience
      - French Bilingual and live in the Montreal region
      - Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Transportation Logistics or Supply Chain Management
      - Knowledge of the Freight Industry

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Reporting and Analytics skills
      - Knowledge of Microsoft and/or Google Tools
