      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Greet and assist the public in a professional and friendly manner
      - Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate patient appointments using the hospital systems
      - Conduct insurance verification and benefit explanation for patients
      - Collect payments, issue receipts, and manage daily deposits and financial records
      - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the waiting area and assist with administrative tasks as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or GED
      - Minimum of two (2) years of customer service or healthcare experience
      - Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality
      - Proven ability to resolve conflicts professionally and effectively
      - Experience utilizing communication devices and maintaining accurate records

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a healthcare setting or similar administrative role
      - Familiarity with scheduling software or hospital systems
      - Skills in customer service recovery and patient-centered care
      - Ability to assist in training and orientation of new staff members
