      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as the facility receptionist, answering incoming referral calls and completing patient intakes
      - Document patient cancellations and "no shows" as appropriate, ensuring accurate records
      - Verify and obtain eligibility and benefits for all primary and secondary insurances
      - Maintain effective communication with peers and other healthcare providers
      - Assist with various projects and perform workflows for work queues and lists

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience
      - 3-5 years of related front office experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Intermediate computer skills and experience with electronic medical office systems
      - Knowledge of health insurance plans, deductibles, and coinsurance
      - Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and comply with applicable laws and regulations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Basic healthcare billing knowledge
      - Experience in a healthcare facility environment
      - Familiarity with electronic medical records and scheduling programs
      - Strong organizational and multitasking skills
      - Experience in mentoring or training roles
