Job Description

- Develop, implement, and maintain procedures on gift entry, gift reconciliation and gift receipting
- Manage internal department processes to ensure data-driven fundraising strategies and functional reporting
- Maintain tracking and reporting of capital campaigns
- Assist with event sponsorship tracking, reporting, and acknowledgment
- Manage and track donor prospect pool using the CRM, automated workflows, and other tools
- Oversee the tribute gifting program
- Provide oversight of the Lamplighter and Miracle Maker programs
- Work closely with Finance in reconciling the pending account
- Bachelor's degree or Equivalent experience in field
- Experience with and working knowledge of Raiser's Edge/NXT preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 year's experience in nonprofit fundraising
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills

Summary/Purpose of Position:
To oversee the internal operations and administrative functions of the Development Department, including database maintenance, reporting and financial tracking, reconciliation with finance, and giving programs.
