      Responsibilities:

      • Allocates team activity and resources efficiently in order to meet delivery requirements, while achieving quality and safety standards

      • Handles record management and ensures systems are functioning correctly

      • Clearly identifies and segregates non-conforming material while monitoring and maintaining all safety equipment and tools

      • Keeps the team focused on daily targets and responsibilities

      • Identifies training needs, listens to team members’ feedback, and works to resolve issues or conflicts

      • Operates under the general supervision of local Management

      • Coordinates and monitors the fulfillment of all legal and internal requirements regarding Health, Safety and Environment

      • Leads by example and line with the Freudenberg Guiding Principles and the Code of Conduct, while fostering a proactive work culture

      Qualifications:

      High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degree
      High level of commitment and flexibility
      Willingness and ability to work shifts
      Willingness and resilience to meet the physical demands of the position
      Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and consistently changing environment

      Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues.
      Value for Customers: Delivers superior value through commitment to quality, service and reliability.
