- Excellent written communication with a focus on clarity, tone, and professionalism
- Strong listening skills to identify customer needs and offer relevant solutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous remote work experience is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools and helpdesk software (e.g., Salesforce, Freshdesk)
