- Support providers with non-clinical administrative tasks in the Care Center
- Triage messages for providers by being responsive and resolving messages efficiently
- Contact pharmacies to assist patients with non-clinical prescription needs or issues
- Ensure timely communication and resolution of patient inquiries

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on empathy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare or medical administrative role
- Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare processes
