- Run the day to day operations of Meraki’s Netherlands based distribution centre
- Gain a deep understanding of Cisco Meraki fulfillment processes and shipping systems
- Coordinate day-to-day activities and critical issues at third party warehouse
- Oversee allocation of order transmissions to/from the third-party warehouse
- Accurately manage shipments to ensure a positive customer experience
- Understand various sets of data for quality & process improvement and to support decision-making
- Lead or engage in new and on going improvement initiatives
- Other duties as assigned
- BS or BA in a relevant field
- 4+ years of experience working with a fulfillment warehouse and/or logistics team
- 2+ years of experience with an ERP System required; Salesforce.com and Dynamics GP skills are a plus
- 2+ years of experience supervising a team in a rapidly changing environment
- Demonstrable experience with international shipping, customs documents, and carriers
- Ability to work in a diverse cultural and global work environment
- Impeccable organizational and communications skills
- Advanced skills in Excel (Index match, pivots, etc.)
- Fluency in English

The Fulfillment Team within Cisco Meraki is seeking a new Fulfillment Operations Manager! We are searching for an enthusiastic, self-starter to run the day-to-day operations of a distribution centre based in the Netherlands. In this position, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team in managing operational processes and facilitating the flow of shipments to our customers in the EU, as well as working with our US team on international shipments.
We are looking for authentic, self-motivated and passionate candidates willing to enrol to a best-in-class team. Analytical in thinking, curious about how things are working and if needed, with hands-on approach. A candidate that actively seeks opportunities for improvement, increase efficiency by digitizing, simplifying and automating our processes and tools.
