      Our dedicated Logistics Operations team performs an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from automated and manual stock locations, and sorting and packing orders. Our Fulfillment department operates at a fast pace, driven by a steadfast commitment to our customers. We empower our team members to progress within the department and throughout the organization, under the skilled leadership of the Fulfillment Manager and Director.

      The Fulfillment Team Lead supports managers with evening closing responsibilities, operational cycles, and reporting. This role involves participating in manager coaching sessions, providing reliable backup in the absence of managers, and proactively preparing to step into a management position when opportunities arise.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Assist managers with nightly closing duties, including securing the department

      • Oversee and manage daily workflow, particularly for jewelry orders

      • Support inventory and interface management processes

      • Assist with associate recordkeeping and administrative tasks as needed

      • Participate in training and coaching sessions with management

      • Serve as a backup to managers during absences

      • Help maintain smooth day-to-day operations within the fulfillment team

      • Uphold adherence to company attendance and punctuality policies

      • Exhibit strong organizational and multitasking capabilities

      • Demonstrate a proactive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude

      • Adapt effectively to change and contribute to a positive work environment

      • Make fair and consistent decisions in a fast-paced environment

      Basic Qualifications:

      • High school diploma or equivalent

      • Strong oral and written communication skills

      • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

      • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a dynamic environment

      • Demonstrated dependability and self-motivation

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Experience in fulfillment, supply chain, receiving, or inventory management

      • Previous leadership or team lead experience in a warehouse or operational setting

      Physical Requirements:

      • Ability to stand, walk, or move throughout the department for extended periods

      • Capable of lifting and handling items as needed (up to 30 lbs.)
