      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify and attract great candidates, including those not actively job searching
      - Implement creative sourcing strategies and assess their effectiveness
      - Guide candidates through each phase of the hiring process with clear expectations and timely updates
      - Track and report weekly recruiting metrics to hiring teams and leadership
      - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and improve hiring processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience, with at least 2-3 years specifically in recruiting
      - Proven track record of working in startup environments (Series A/B/C preferred)
      - Full-cycle recruiting experience from sourcing through offer
      - Strong sourcing abilities to engage candidates who are not actively seeking jobs
      - Comfort with numbers and recruiting data
