What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Qualify inbound leads and fill the sales calendar through high-volume conversations
- Manage 50-70 conversations per day via Instagram DMs, iMessage, and Zoom
- Conduct quick discovery calls to assess client pain points and investment readiness
- Close deals from initial contact to contract signing, following a structured sales cycle
- Execute follow-up sequences and maintain accurate CRM documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience closing deals with founders and CEOs in a fast-paced startup environment
- Familiarity with medium-ticket recurring sales and short sales cycles
- Strong understanding of modern selling techniques, particularly via digital communication platforms
- Ability to work systematically, track metrics, and execute repeatable processes
- Growth-oriented mindset with a desire to become the best version of oneself

- Experience with high-volume sales conversations and maintaining quality in customer interactions
- A passion for technology and adaptability to new tools and changes in processes
