      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead client intake calls to assess client needs and discuss the recruitment process
      - Develop and implement effective recruiting plans to source top talent
      - Screen and interview candidates for direct-hire placements
      - Manage a consistent flow of candidates to meet or exceed production standards
      - Monitor client expectations and implement service levels to enhance satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or 2-4 years of business experience in a related field
      - Strong communication and relationship-building skills
      - Ability to manage multiple recruiting resources and platforms effectively
      - Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws related to recruiting and placement
      - Proficiency in documenting candidate and client information in systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in business development or sales within the staffing industry
      - Familiarity with CRM systems and invoicing processes
      - Previous experience in a recruiting or staffing role
      - Understanding of Human Resources practices and compliance
      - Strong negotiation skills
