What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct business development activities, including landing clients, negotiating/executing contracts, and managing accounts
- Source and recruit qualified candidates for open positions
- Screen candidates and conduct interviews to evaluate their fit
- Negotiate and close job offers to successfully fill positions
- Onboard new hires and provide ongoing support to ensure their success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- 2-10 years of experience in full-desk recruiting with a focus on business development
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
