What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support Full Disk encryption requirements in compliance with information security standards
- Provide design enhancements and maintain Full Disk encryption platforms and remote support tools
- Conduct integration testing of new hardware for compatibility with encryption and support systems
- Deliver expert-level end user support and resolve escalated technical issues
- Develop data encryption and OS recovery tools to assist users with data loss
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A degree from an accredited College/University in a relevant field is preferred; 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree is required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with various Endpoint encryption products
- Proven capabilities in testing and incident escalation related to Endpoint products
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be eligible to obtain a Position of Public Trust clearance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with WinMagic SecureDoc and Dameware platforms
- Background in project management and leading project teams
- Familiarity with incident response workflows and documentation
- Previous roles involving government or public trust positions
