This role will support our Amazon University Talent Acquisition team in this 12 month Fixed Term Contract opportunity.
The Campus Recruiter is the ambassador for Amazon at university campuses. You will maintain our presence at these institutions and will be in constant contact with internal teams to determine recruiting programs based on Amazon's hiring needs.
You will be responsible for all levels of campus/university recruitment, serving as a partner to the business, staying current on market trends and providing advice on talent acquisition related issues.
The Campus Recruiter will interact with university representatives and students to schedule events, interviews, and other outreach activities. You will partner with university teams and other key stakeholders, (i.e., staffing, business leaders, school ambassadors, alumni teams and other internal groups) to ensure successful implementation of programs to maximise hiring outcomes

Key job responsibilities
• Develop operational plans and branding activities at assigned schools along with the university leads, to attract top early career talent
• Develop relationships with placement officers, department heads, faculty/staff, alumni and student organizations
• Develop, implement and attend on-university events that include: Info Session, tech talks, executive visits, careers fairs faculty visits, on-university interviews, Amazon Days, events with student organizations
• Manage university specific university teams to ensure: appropriate selection of team members; clear role definitions/responsibilities; Coach and prepare the university team members for university visits; coordinate closely to ensure unified recruiting approach
• Screen candidates’ CVs, conduct phone screens to shortlist for panel interviews; be a member of panel interviews
• Partner with university team to annually assess each target universities’ performance to determine overall effectiveness, review analyses with key stakeholders and use data and feedback to make long-term decisions related to each school
• Being the first point of contact for all candidates and maintaining contact with all candidates throughout the whole recruitment process
• Recruitment experience for 3 years or more, preferably in the area of Campus/Graduate hiring
• The ability to execute campus recruiting plans, promotion in the marketplace, candidate management and interview process management.
• Experience in driving programs end to end with an ability to identify and drive continuous improvement
• The ability to influence and guide key internal and external stakeholders in order to develop and maintain strong relationships
• Demonstrate ability to multitask, prioritize and problem solve with little to no guidance
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary education
• Working knowledge of social media recruiting tools and ability to stay up to date with current market trends
• Analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
