      Role Overview

      We’re looking for Full Stack Engineers to join our PBM product team at Rightway. You'll work across web, mobile, and API layers using technologies like React, React Native, Node.js, and TypeScript. You'll play a key role in delivering meaningful experiences for our users, collaborating closely with teammates across product and design.

      What You’ll Do

      • Build and maintain features across mobile, web, and API surfaces
      • Collaborate with team members to design and implement solutions
      • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
      • Participate in technical planning, code reviews, and product discussions
      • Learn from and contribute to a growing engineering team

      Who You Are

      • 3+ years of experience building modern web or mobile applications
      • Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js
      • Familiar with React Native or eager to build cross-platform mobile apps
      • Experience working with REST or GraphQL APIs
      • Collaborative, curious, and excited to learn and grow

      Extra Credit

      • Experience working in healthcare or with pharmacy benefit management (PBM) systems
      • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and handling PHI
      • Previous work in a startup or fast-paced product environment
      • Experience working with Protocol Buffers (Protobuf) and/or gRPC for service communication

      BASE SALARY: $150,000 - $165,000
