  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Develop and maintain core systems that support hospital operations at enterprise scale
  - Collaborate closely with founders, operational teams, and customers to lead high-impact features from conception to deployment
  - Design event-driven infrastructure to reconcile healthcare data into a coherent operational model
  - Create forecasting and planning systems to predict patient volume and staffing needs

  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a product-focused engineering role, preferably in a SaaS environment
  - Strong proficiency in both frontend and backend development
  - Proven experience in building and scaling user-facing products with a focus on user experience and reliability
  - Ability to design backend systems that are extensible and maintainable across multiple products or workflows
  - Demonstrated ownership of projects, taking ambiguous problems from concept to production based on user feedback
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Familiarity with TypeScript, React, and Postgres
  - Experience with tools like Vite, tRPC, Effect, Drizzle, and Supabase
  - Previous work in early-stage environments with a focus on fast-paced problem-solving
