  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Provide best-in-class guest service by promptly greeting guests and addressing their questions and concerns
  - Support the overall shopping environment, including visual merchandising and operational elements
  - Process guest purchases and returns accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system
  - Assist the Store Manager in training store associates and setting service expectations
  - Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the absence of the Store Manager
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States
  - Must be at least 18 years old
  - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or accredited bachelor’s degree preferred
  - At least 6 months of retail management experience preferred
  - At least 2 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Video game knowledge preferred
  - Bilingual English/Spanish speaking and writing skills preferred
