  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests and assisting with their video gaming needs
  - Support store operations, including visual merchandising and current sales initiatives
  - Process guest transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system
  - Assist the Store Manager in training and supervising store associates
  - Ensure store cleanliness and organization, including inventory control and loss prevention
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Must be at least 18 years old
  - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
  - At least 6 months of retail management experience preferred
  - Minimum of 2 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred
  - Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Strong knowledge of video games and gaming culture
  - Bilingual English/Spanish speaking and writing skills
  - Experience in a fast-paced retail environment
  - Ability to adapt to stressful situations and manage pressure effectively
  - Familiarity with military ranks and insignia (for positions in military base stores)
