What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional guest service by promptly greeting guests and addressing their gaming needs
- Support the overall shopping environment through effective merchandising and operational practices
- Process guest transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system
- Assist in training and supervising store associates to meet guest service expectations
- Ensure store cleanliness and organization while fulfilling Omni-Channel orders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 6 months of retail management experience preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of retail sales or guest service experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of video games is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual English/Spanish speaking and writing skills
- Previous experience in a fast-paced retail environment
- Familiarity with military ranks and insignia (for positions in military base locations)
