What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, deliver, and oversee online courses in Business Administration, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, and related disciplines
- Mentor adjunct faculty, staff, and program stakeholders to enhance educational outcomes
- Participate in service to the discipline and the institution, both internally and externally
- Cultivate a professional and collegial environment through respectful communication with faculty peers, staff, and university leadership
- Undertake additional projects as assigned by the Dean
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation, or a closely related field
- Minimum three years of demonstrated success teaching in an online asynchronous learning environment
- Expertise in developing and delivering engaging curriculum and assessments in an online-first LMS
- Experience applying data-informed approaches to enhance student success and retention
- Ability to engage collaboratively with faculty, staff, and professionals across disciplines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Doctorate in Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation, or a closely related field
- Relevant certifications in Cybersecurity or Artificial Intelligence
- Experience designing programs aligned with CAE, ABET, or NICE guidelines
- Current industry experience in digital transformation, AI/ML, or security operations
- Involvement in professional and academic associations related to the field
