      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound calls and troubleshoot basic technical issues for customers
      - Build strong relationships with customers while providing exceptional service
      - Identify sales opportunities and apply sales skills to promote products and services
      - Escalate customer dissatisfaction to the managerial team as necessary
      - Ensure first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
      - Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
      - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and understanding of Windows operating system
