What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and maintain the monthly Master Marketing Report in Excel, tracking key marketing metrics across multiple properties
- Analyze property-level marketing data to produce individualized reports for Regional Managers, offering actionable insights
- Support or lead monthly calls with Regional Managers to review marketing performance and local strategies
- Collaborate with operations, property teams, and external vendors to ensure effective marketing execution
- Maintain and create standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation within Salesforce
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, data analysis, or a related field
- Proven experience working with vendors or third-party partners
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and marketing tools, especially Excel
- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Client management experience in a marketing agency
- Storage experience
- 1+ year of remote work experience
