What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage service cases through ACE (Salesforce) to ensure accurate and timely resolutions
- Review and prioritize newly assigned service cases for completeness and follow up on missing information
- Analyze advisor requests and determine appropriate action steps
- Generate investment reports using Morningstar Advisor Workstation in line with advisor recommendations
- Maintain accurate case notes and status updates in ACE throughout the workday
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in a client service, operations, or administrative support role
- Familiarity with CRM or case management systems, particularly ACE
- Knowledge of financial services tools, especially Morningstar Advisor Workstation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
